Many personal experiences and anecdotes tell us how they were integrated into the Spanish community and Russian life at the same time. Spaniards wished to go back to their motherland in the 1950s-60s, but the political situation forced them to remain in Russia until the period of Perestroika. After this, all of them were allowed to discover anew their first motherland and the faith they left behind in childhood. The strongly personal aspect of this movie allows the spectator to learn about a mostly forgotten reality. The stories are accompanied by precious and rare historic material of the respective situations, further helping us to identify with the protagonists. Original Spanish music is used in order to depict the contradiction of the two realities, the Spanish Catholic culture and the Soviet atheist mentality. Длительность: 3:47
